HCMT 4050 - Healthcare Capstone

This course introduces students to basic research and evaluation methods essential for assessing community health needs, developing population health strategies, and improving the overall health of the community. With an emphasis on real-world application, students will develop a community program designed to address gaps in healthcare delivery. To complement this, students will also build a comprehensive business plan, green deck, and presentation to effectively communicate and implement their program. The curriculum aims to equip future healthcare leaders with the skills to better meet community health needs and foster systemic improvements.  Prerequisite:  Senior Standing (3)
