PSYC 4085 - Disorders of the Brain

(NSCI 4085 )  An introduction to the study of clinical neuropsychology, an applied area of neuroscience. Survey of current neuropsychological knowledge as it pertains to normal brain anatomy, functioning, and pathological disorders. Specific emphasis placed on current scientific literature regarding the use of neuroimaging and neuropsychological methods for understanding network-based brain changes that occur in neurological disorders. Prerequisite(s):  PSYC 1010 PSYC 2512  and PSYC 3050  (or PSYC 2075  for non-NSCI majors) or permission of the instructor. (3)
