ENTR 3780 - Organization and Operation of a Small Business

An examination of methods that investigate the complexity of management practices in general entrepreneurship with a perspective that can explore the marketplace for successful venture opportunities. Strong emphasis is given to learning the skill factors related to planning, marketing, managing, and financing small business ventures. A two- to five-member team will develop a comprehensive consulting report including a full business plan. Membership in SIFE is required. Prerequisite(s): ENTR 1020 .
