PSYC 3045 - Industrial/Organizational Psychology An introduction to the theories, methods, findings and applications of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Topics include the principles and techniques of selection of personnel, the application of psychological principles to the training of organization members work attitudes and motivation, various theoretical approaches to leadership, organizational communication, and organizational structure and design. Prerequisites: PSYC 1010 , PSYC 2020 , and PSYC 2512 or permission of the instructor and department head. (3)
