PHLT 5740 - Political Economy of Social Inequalities and its Consequences for Health and Quality of Life

Focuses on the economic, financial, political, environmental, and social causes of health inequalities, on a local, national and global level, and their consequences on health and quality of life. Emphasizes the analysis of public policies that have been developed by national and international agencies and how they have impacted the growth of inequalities.
