ENGL 1025 - Food in Literature

This course considers the subject of food as it appears in literature. In addition to reading literature, students will write essays (with an emphasis on argumentative), guided reflections, and a research project. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1000 or ENGL 1010 (3, FOUNDATIONS/Advanced Composition & Rhetoric, FaSpSu)
