PHCY 5610 - Drug Information and Literature Evaluation III Designed to introduce the professional pharmacy student to the use of medical literature in pharmacy practice. Students will practice strategies for searching published literature databases and develop professional, evidence-based responses to drug information questions. Knowledge and skills necessary to critically evaluate medical literature and apply scientifically valid evidence-based research in pharmacy practice will also be developed.
