PCLN 6314 - Ambulatory Care Practice

Professional experience involving direct patient care in monitoring the patient’s medications for appropriateness of therapy; activities will also include patient medication counseling and dissemination of drug information to patients and healthcare professionals; involvement in various quality assurance activities for ultimate collaboration among all healthcare team participants to improve the patient’s therapeutic outcome.
