PHAS 5101 - Core Topics I

This course is the first in a series designed to aid the student in being successful in clinical rotations, presenting unique cases, discussion of novel topics, and encourage preparation for the Physician Assistant National Certification Examination (PANCE) by means of monthly examinations used to develop and assess the student’s competency in the stated PA Program Goals/ Student Learning Outcomes. This course will meet on campus at the end of rotation activities. Prerequisite(s): Successful completion or remediation of all didactic coursework with a grade of a C, a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher, and meeting all requirements to enter into the clinical phase of the program.
