PHSC 5600 - Graduate Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics The course provides the student with the principles of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics that can be applied to drug product development. This course deals with the complex processes involved in drug release, absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination. In addition, it gives the student exposure to the pharmacokinetic principles necessary for the assessment of bioavailability and bioequivalence, drug interactions, and for the calculation of dosage regimens.
