BIOL 4521 - Undergraduate Research Research in biology with a mentor approved by the Department Head. Students whose research is mandated by a scholarship program, or who receive a stipend for research are not permitted to register for this course. A written report of research is required to be submitted to the mentor at the end of the course. The course may be repeated for credit, but a maximum of 4 credit hours may be earned in BIOL 4521 and BIOL 4522 combined. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 1240 with a grade of “C” or better and permission of the research mentor and the Head of the Department of Biology. (1)
