MATH 3050 - Introduction to Number Theory

Topics in number theory including divisibility theory in the integers, primes and their distributions, the theory of congruences, Fermat’s Theorem, number theoretic functions, Euler’s generalization of Fermat’s Theorem, primitive roots and indices, perfect numbers, and the Fermat Conjecture.
